In order to maintain your safety and the safety of others during the COVID-19 pandemic the following safeguards have been put in place following government guidance.
All appointments will need to be booked in advance. Prior to attending your appointment you will need to complete and return (electronically) a COIVD-19 screening questionnaire and appointment questionnaire, to minimise the need for paperwork during your appointment. In the event that you feel unwell on the day of your appointment with COVID symptoms you will be able to cancel your treatment without the need to pay a cancellation fee.
Upon arrival you will be able to sanitise and / or wash your hands. There will be increased ventilation in the treatment room and the use of heated blankets on the couch has ceased to minimise risk. There will be a minimum of 30 minutes between treatments in order to enable through ventilation of the room. The usual hygiene measures shall continue as well as increased frequency of disinfection to hand rails and door handles. I have undertaken COVID-19 training and am happy to discuss other measures in place in order to minimise risk.
I’m Claire Hall, reflexologist and massage therapist and I welcome to my website.
